Landmark Models are Coming to Upland!
The first landmark models are finding their way into the Upland metaverse with the Ferry Building and the Coit Tower in San Francisco, CA! To celebrate this momentous occasion, we will be enabling Status-Up rewards for Uplanders and Pros, and are setting a new Spark staking goal for our community to enable property development on the East Coast.

The Ferry Building & Coit Tower
Landmark models for the Ferry Building and Coit Tower will officially be added to Upland tomorrow, Friday, August 6th, at 9:00 AM PT! The owners of these landmarks will be free to start construction on these incredible monuments in the Upland metaverse. This is the first time we are introducing models that are unique and exclusive to their properties in Upland and is the first step to making every corner of the metaverse feel special.
East Coast Property Development
It has been incredible to watch property development flourish on the West Coast, and we are eager to bring that excitement to the East Coast as soon as possible. As of right now, there are approximately 33k Spark Hours staked across the metaverse! While that’s an amazing accomplishment, we can do better…
Our goal is to push the number of SpH to 40k over the next two weeks. If our community rallies together and pushes us past that boundary, property development will open up to the East Coast. We have complete faith in our community, and look forward to seeing property dev find its way East!
Status-Up Spark Rewards
In conjunction with this challenge, we’re giving you guys a light push and enabling Status-Up Spark Rewards for Uplanders and Pros for the next week. Players who level up to Upland or Pro between August 6th and August 13th will be entitled to Spark rewards!
To sweeten the deal, even more, players who level up during 2 separate windows will earn a boosted amount of Spark. We’ll give players a heads up as to when these windows will be enabled a few hours prior to them going live, so keep an eye out for additional information!

Lastly, we know there are some players who still want to get their hands on more Spark, so Spark will be returning to the Upland Store for a limited time on Tuesday, August 10th, at 9:00 AM PT. See below for details on registration, pricing, and availability.
